1. Initial Roof Health Check
We will conduct an in-depth inspection of your roof, checking for cracked tiles or pointing, rusted screws or sheeting, perished o-rings, and all other common and uncommon roof defects.
If we find any problems, we’ll repair them before continuing onto the next stage.
2. Repairs
Our repairs include re-pointing with Flexipoint, re-bedding, re-capping, and re-fastening, re-screwing and re-seating any areas of damage.

3. Cleaning
Cleaning is a highly important preparatory stage of the roof restoration process.
By removing built-up dirt, grime, mould, mildew and lichen growth, we can create a smooth, homogenous surface that will readily accept the paint we will later apply, ensuring strong adhesion and resistance to peeling.
Our high-pressure water-saving spray system also removes any areas where rot or oxidisation may have accumulated, which means the physical surface of your roof, beneath the paint, is as strong and erosion/corrosion-proof as possible.

4. Painting
The final stage of your roof restoration is where we apply a few coats of durable acrylic-based paint.
This paint protects your newly repaired and cleaned roof against the elements, improving its insulation properties, cutting out harmful UV rays and providing a physical barrier between the actual roofing material and the rain, dirt and biological growth that can so quickly build up when given the chance.
